(BTW: How is it possible to take the +1-Click and open a window with an answer?)

When you click +1 button the answer is revealed (check it out– https://www.golfdiscount.com/adams-idea-pro-a12-hybrid). The visitor shouldn’t feel betrayed because the site makes it clear you have to click +1 button to see answer. From a coding perspective I don’t know how this idea was implement.
