Personality Equals Higher Conversion Rates and Better Word of Mouth

Most large ecommerce sites aren’t adventurous.  But I noticed something quite special on landsend.com.  Landsend.com has a page called Stories (https://www.landsend.com/stories/).  Here you can watch a gentleman by the name Bob talk about different fabrics used in Lands’ End clothing.  The videos are funny and effective.  Here are a few–

Unfortunately, the page on landsend.com created for the videos (https://www.landsend.com/stories/readthecopy/index.html) doesn’t work properly.
